It's a Google tool used to edit photos and videos. Sort photos. Program to retouch photos. 

There are some advantages:

- It's easy to use, It's free
- Removed red eye retouch photos, shading, brightness, color effects ... and do light
- Collages and pictures (movie maker).

If you want register you need a Gmail account and download the program or picasaweb.com
You can see pictures of people and comment on them.
